ORDERING--

Please figure out the items you wish to purchase and write them down on the  purchase order form described later (shopping cart is under development and coming soon.......)

Please make sure that your order meets our minimum order requirement. Minimum order is $100 for domestic shipments. For international shipments, minimum order is $200. 

We can ship your order by priority mail, express mail, UPS ground, UPS 3-day,UPS-2day, UPS overnight. Please let us know your choice.

Shipping cost we charge you will be the same as published by USPS or UPS as applicable....  There is no handling charge for orders shipping to U.S. addresses.

Ready to Place Your Order

    A note for First Time Customer:  First time orders are not taken on the phone as we need to have your information details in writing to make sure your account gets set up correctly. Once we have shipped you an order, you will be issued a customer-id. In future you will be able to call in your order.....

bulletWe can fax you a blank Purchase Order Form:  You can call us at 1-800-75-BEADS or 407-370-2929 and we can fax you a purchase order form which you can fill in and fax it back to us. Or scan the filled form and email us as an attachment if you like. You can email us at sales@beadwholesaler.com  
bulletYou can print a blank Purchase Order Form on your printer: if you want to print our Purchase Order Form on your printer then please Click here for a printable Purchase Order Form .  When the  form comes up on your screen, then click the "Print Form" button on the upper left corner.
bulletCreate your own Purchase Order Form: You can also create your own purchase order form.  You can click the link and then copy and paste the purchase order form  to a word or text file on your computer.  Then you can fill in the information in that file. Once it is complete then you can email that as an attachment.  Please  note that all  information  asked is  important. When you send this file as an attachment, be sure to write "Cut and Paste Order Form" in the subject line.
bulletOnline Purchase Order Form:  Click here for online Purchase Order form (which can be filled online and then either be printed for faxing or be emailed)  Once the form comes up, then please fill in the form. Once the form is filled, then

        (a) Either you can click the "Print Form" button on the upper left corner and it             will  print your filled form. You can then fax the form to fax number shown on the Purchase Order Form or scan it and email it to sales@beadwholesaler.com

        (b) Or, you can email the filled in Purchase Order Form  by clicking the "Submit By  Email" button on upper right corner of the form. Before clicking the "Submit By Email" button, you might want to print a copy of it (by clicking the "Print Form" button on the upper left corner) for your records.  Please note that "Submit by Email" doesn't automatically sends your order.  It is a two step process. First it generates a data file (of your order) and asks you to save that file on your computer with a file name of your choice. Then it asks you to attach this data file to an email to be sent to sales@beadwholesaler.com We apologize for this temporary and minor  inconvenience. We are working hard at getting the shopping cart finished to make ordering process much easier....

TIPS on receiving your orders promptly

bulletAs a wholesaler/volume seller, most of our items have a minimum quantity purchase. Occasionally, we  make exception to this minimum quantity. Please discuss such situations beforehand. If you order less than minimum quantity (without discussing with us first) then either that item will not be shipped or we will call you to discuss that with you at our convenience. This will cause your order to get delayed.
bulletThe order has to be issued by the credit card holder. In other words, you can't send us a order using somebody else credit card information.
bulletFor obvious reasons, we prefer that the order is shipped to the same address where the credit card monthly bill comes to.
bulletPurchase orders without contact phone numbers are ignored. 
bulletMake sure you have double checked the address including zip code for accuracy. Incorrect address/zip code will delay your shipment. UPS charges extra for address correction and to forward packages. IF WE ARE CHARGED EXTRA FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE REASONS THEN WE WILL BILL ON YOUR CREDIT CARD  THE ABOVE CHARGE + $10 HANDLING FEE.

bullet To expedite your order we prefer that you either fax (1-407-370-2927 or 1-866-75-BEADS) or email  to  sales@beadwholesaler.com   If you are writing your order for faxing/scanning, please make sure that you write clearly (preferably in block letters) with a ball point pen.
bulletBe sure to give us your day-time phone number (cell number etc.) so we can get a hold of you in case of  questions/clarifications etc otherwise your shipment will get delayed.
bulletWe generally send an order acknowledgement email after we receive your  email order. If you don't get this email back from us, please call us or email us confirming your order. 
bulletIf you faxed an order to us, please call us to confirm that we have received your order.

bulletFlorida Shipments    For shipment to a Florida address, a sales tax of 6.5% will be added to your invoice unless you provide us a copy of your current (2007) year Florida Resale Tax Certificate with your order.  Be sure to sign it in lower right hand corner and fax/email it with your order. If you have already given us a copy of it before then please mention this on your order. If you don't have a resale tax certificate then please tell us to charge you sales tax otherwise we will have to call you to double check your tax status and this will delay your order.

International Customers

Depending upon size of the order and/or other factors, we may not accept non U.S.A. credit card payments. Order will need to be prepaid by bank wire or similar mechanism. If you agree to this, then we will provide you with a detailed invoice including freight charges  so you would know what amount to prepay.

For mutual protection, we need to  have legible copies of both sides of your credit card on file in order to charge a non-U.S.A based  credit card. We will need a clear scan of both front and back of your credit card emailed to us for verification.
    Once the order is finalized with a final total to be charged, we will email/fax a copy of the invoice and will ask you to  expressly authorize charge the amount on the specified card and will need you to fax or email the same back to us.

Depending upon the destination and/or size of the order, we may require you to pay by bank wire...

Please note that we don't ship merchandise uninsured for obvious reasons.

Also, keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties, tariffs, taxes etc. imposed by buyer's  country's government and we have no idea what those amounts would be.

If you are faxing your order, please be sure to email us also so we have your email address to contact you back in case fax was not legible and/or we had any questions. Due to time differences etc. it is better we communicate thru email.

Reorders (If we have shipped you orders before) We prefer that you either fax/email your order as they get processed much faster.  

Alternatively, You can call in your order toll free 1-800-75-BEADS from a U.S. location or call us at 407-370-2929. If the order department is busy they will call you back and take your order.  Please have your customer-id ready. You can locate this on your previous invoice right below the ship to address in a block labeled as "CUSTOMER ID" or give us a previous invoice number and date of invoice.  Be sure to have your order ready before you call in otherwise you will be asked to call back.

If you want us to use your credit card on file, you must give us last 4 digits of credit card number, expiration date  and the security code each time you place an order.  

If you shipping address has changed then we will need you to give this to us in writing (fax/email) to make sure your new address is updated correctly.
