DIRECTIONS TO SHOWROOM/WAREHOUSE (Updated January 9, 2007)

General Idea

We are located at 6450 Kingspointe Parkway, (in Crownpointe Commerce Center) in Southwest Orlando. It is off of Sand Lake Road between Kirkman Road and John Young Parkway. Kingspointe Parkway is just one block west of John Young Parkway on Sand Lake Road.

There is a RACE TRAC gas station at the intersection of Kingpointe Parkway and Sand Lake Road. Please note that Kingpointe Parkway is a very long U shape street. There is a traffic light at one end of the street. WE ARE CLOSER TO THE OTHER END OF THE STREET. SO PLEASE DO’NT TURN AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT on Kingspointe Parkway. INSTEAD do the following:

A. If you are traveling East on Sand Lake Road (i.e, coming from Tampa area Interstate-4, International Drive, or Kirkman Road), then:

First you will cross Mandarin, followed by a flashing light/emergency signal, and then you will see a Traffic Light with Race Trac gas station on your left side. As soon as you cross this traffic light, make a left turn. You will be on the other side of Race Trac. If you miss this left turn then you will see the major intersection at John Young Parkway meaning that you will have to turn around.

B. If you are traveling West on Sand Lake Road (i.e, coming from John Young Parkway, Florida mall, OBT/441, 528, Airport side), then:

As soon as you cross John Young Parkway, stay in the right lane and make the first right turn. This is right before the RACE TRAC gas station and also there is some construction going on.

Now you are on the correct side of the Kingspointe Parkway. Just follow the road and look for the 3^rd completed building on the right side. Turn into the parking lot. This building has a number 6450. It is an office/warehouse condominium building with 10 units. We are situated right around the middle of the building in UNIT #7. Door has letter marking of (Bead Wholesaler, Eagle International).

From ORLANDO DOWNTOWN Area

Get on Interstate-4 West.

Take John Young Parkway exit and go South on John Young Parkway for about 4 miles to Sand Lake Road.

Make a right turn on Sand Lake Road and stay in the right lane and make the first right turn. This is right before the RACE TRAC gas station and also there is some construction going on.

Now you are on the correct side of the Kingspointe Parkway. Just follow the road and look for the 3^rd completed building on the right side. Turn into the parking lot. This building has a number 6450. It is a office/warehouse condominium park with 10 units. We are situated right around the middle of the building in UNIT #7. Door has letter marking of (Bead Wholesaler, Eagle International).

From TAMPA/DISNEY Area

Take Interstate-4 West and take the exit # (?) for Sand Lake Road. Make a right on Sand Lake Road. Now you are going East on Sand Lake Road.

(Kingpointe Parkway is about 2 miles from the intersection of Interstate-4 and Sand Lake Road). Keep going.

First you will Cross International Drive.

Then you will cross Universal Blvd.

Then you will cross Mandarin, followed by a flashing light/emergency signal, and then you will see a Traffic Light (at Kingspointe Parkway) with RACE TRAC gas station on your left side. As soon as you cross this traffic light, make a left turn. You will be on the other side of RACE TRAC. If you miss this left turn then you will see the major intersection at John Young Parkway meaning you will have to turn around..

Now you are on the correct side of the Kingspointe Parkway. Just follow the road and look for the 3^rd completed building on the right side. Turn into the parking lot. From UNIVERSAL STUDIOS Area

Go South on Universal Blvd and make a left turn on Sand Lake Road. Now you are going east on Sand Lake Road.

Next you will cross Mandarin, followed by a flashing light/emergency signal, and then you will see a Traffic Light (at Kingspointe Parkway) with RACE TRAC gas station on your left side. As soon as you cross this traffic light, make a left turn. You will be on the other side of RACE TRAC. If you miss this left turn then you will see the major intersection at John Young Parkway meaning you will have to turn around..

Now you are on the correct side of the Kingspointe Parkway. Just follow the road and look for the 3^rd completed building on the right side. Turn into the parking lot. This building has a number 6450. It is a office/warehouse condominium park with 10 units. We are situated right around the middle of the building in UNIT #7. From ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER Area

Go North on Universal Blvd and make a right turn on Sand Lake Road. Now you are going east on Sand Lake Road. (Alternatively, if you are closer to International Drive, then go north on International Drive, and make a right turn on Sand Lake Road. Now you are going east on Sand Lake Road. Next you will cross Universal Blvd).

Now you are on the correct side of the Kingspointe Parkway. Just follow the road and look for the 3^rd completed building on the right side. Turn into the parking lot. This building has a number 6450. It is a office/warehouse condominium park with 10 units. We are situated right around the middle of the building in UNIT #7. Door has letter marking of (Bead Wholesaler, Eagle International).

From Florida Turnpike (Ronald Regan Turnpike) (Coming from Kissimmmee/Miami area)

You will be taking Turnpike North.

Take Exit for North Orange Blossom Trail (OBT)/441.

Go north On OBT to Sand Lake Road.

Make a left turn on Sand Lake Road.

You will be going thru several small traffic lights and then you will see a major intersection on John Young Parkway. (You will see Wal-Mart, Lowes, and a major shopping center on your left side).

After you cross John Young Parkway, make the first right (before RACE TRAC gas station).

Now you are on the correct side of the Kingspointe Parkway. Just follow the road and look for the 3^rd completed building on the right side. Turn into the parking lot. This building has a number 6450. It is a office/warehouse condominium park with 10 units. We are situated right around the middle of the building in UNIT #7. Door has letter marking of (Bead Wholesaler, Eagle International).

From Florida Turnpike (Ronald Regan Turnpike) (Coming from Gainesville/Clermont area)

You will be taking Turnpike South.

Take Exit for Interstate-4 West.

As you are going on I-4 West, take the (next??) exit (for South Kirkman/International Drive). PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EXIT IS ON LEFT SIDE.

Now you are on South Kirkman Road.

You will be crossing traffics lights at International Drive and Carrier Drive. After crossing the Carrier Drive traffic light, follow exit sign for 482 East. 482 East is same as Sand Lake Road East.

Now you are on the correct side of the Kingspointe Parkway. Just follow the road and look for the 3^rd completed building on the right side. Turn into the parking lot. This building has a number 6450. It is a office/warehouse condominium park with 10 units. We are situated right around the middle of the building in UNIT #7. Door has letter marking of (Bead Wholesaler, Eagle International).
